If you have any of the following issues, please refer to the resolution for the solution

• When we open Ask HR for any user in SuccessFactors, the app opens and the following error occurs
• When an employee tries to open Ask HR, the system asks for login details
• We get an HTTP error we trying to use Ask HR
• We receive an error 500 when trying to use the application
• Your user profile is not configured error occurs when opening the application
• Something went wrong. Please contact your System Administrator
• Assertion Failed. Component requires URL Parameter to be a string
• HTTP Status 503 - No application is available to handle this request
