Symptom

In case of older version of Revision 6 of Transfer Tool which was delivered by version 21 of SAP note: 2608924 - Revision 6 - TRANSFER

  • Cannot open process chain from CCMS monitor

or

  • Unable to activate, delete, transport process chain due to  MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump:
