2665271 - Information Steward tabs in CMC are not accessible- SAP Information Steward

• When clicking on tabs under Information Steward in Central Management Console like Metadata Management, Metapedia etc doesnt result in anything.
• Options like Manage, Actions, Create an integrator source etc are greyed out.
• Cannot create new integrator or connection as by right clicking the tab it only gives "Limits and User security" options.
• "Manage Utilities" in CMC>Applications>Information Steward Application takes alot of time to come up.
