Symptom
The following error message might appear in different background jobs e.g.
SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP
SM:SYNC SAP SESSIONS
SM:LMDB GENERIC UPLOAD
Job started
.......
ERROR_WEBSERVICE_RUNTIME_INIT No logical port 'LP_SISE_SUPPORTHUB' exists for the proxy class 'CO_SISEHUB_MI_O_S_SHB_LIST'
Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
the failed jobs are executed by the default user SOLMAN_BTC, while there is no issue with the job when you run the job with your own user.
