2665466 - Enable Log Read Access for Sensitive Data Fields

Want to enable log read access based on field value or type and not based on the field itself

This is not possible. It is currently only possible to set the Log Read access on the field. It is not possible to change this setting based on the value set within the field.

For example, you cannot enable it for Personal email and disable it for Business email. This is set on the Email type field so it will include both personal and business email.
