2665596 - RABAX_STATE error with GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED dump when trying to access the CRM or SOLMAN Web UI

Symptom

  • When trying to access the CRM or Solution Manager Web UI via transactions CRM_UI or SM_CRM, the logon fails, and returns an error on the Web UI Screen
  • The error can show as:
    500 SAP Internal Server Error
    Error: Field symbol has not yet been assigned. (termination: RABAX_STATE)
  • The error on the web ui screen could also simply say "The website cannot display the page"
  • In the backend system in transaction ST22, there is also a dump:

ABAP Program CL_BSP_WD_OVW_VIEWSET=========CP
Application Component CA-WUI-CON

The current ABAP program "CL_BSP_WD_OVW_VIEWSET=========CP" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
