2665675 - Add New Employee creates a null hire

You have noticed that when you are using add new employee the system allows you to proceed with the hire process without any error and when you get the hire details you can see the that the employee shows as null:

1. Go to add new employee;
2. Fill all the date related to the employee;
3. In your contact session, add a standard e-mail for example for when you are testing;
4. Complete the hire;
5. No error message shows and the employee is null;

Duplicated e-mail.

When you are using On Boarding or RCM the system will use this e-mail to create an internal candidate so if the e-mail already exists it will fails and the employee won't be hired.
