2665746 - Activating BW technical InfoObjects 0LANGU etc in BW/4HANA without RSTCO_ADMIN

Transaction RSTCO_ADMIN does not exist anymore in SAP BW/4HANA.

Technical BW InfoObjects such as 0IOBJNM, 0LANGU, 0INFOPROV, 0UNIT, 0CURRENCY and many more are still needed and it is not clear how these get activated.

Task list SAP_BW4_SETUP_SIMPLE fails for some tasks as technical InfoObjects are required and are not activated yet. This can cause several symptoms:

• In a fresh installed BW4HANA - execute STC01- "SAP_BW4_SETUP_SIMPLE" as described in the installation-Guide During the Step "'Set BW/4HANA Operating Scope'" - falling  into following error shown in SLG1 Object "RSTCO_200" ACTIVATION_ESSENTIAL: Could not activate essential object 0LANGU of type DIOB ACTIVATION_ESSENTIAL: Activation stopped
• BW/4HANA : Tasklist aborted at Set BW4/HANA Operation Mode
• BW/4HANA: Scope mismatch. Installed Scope: 0. Needed Scope: 16
• We installed BW/4HANA, but can't create new infoObject in BWMT, the error is as below: System failure:"An exception has occurred that was not caught."
