2665811 - Stop and Restart options in SAP HANA Studio are disabled even though SAP HANA is running

In SAP HANA Studio, the Stop and Restart options under Configuration and Monitoring are greyed out (disabled), although the SAP HANA system is actually running.

When checking the process list with the sapcontrol command, the hdbdaemon process appears in yellow status with the message “Running but status info unavailable”:
