2665981 - How to Broadcast a Report View as a Graph

You create a Broadcast based on a graph report view, however when you open the report view you notice that the data is converted to a table and not to a graph as you expected.

• SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Analytic Work Center.
2. Go to the Broadcast View. Click the tab New.
3. Create a Broadcast based on graph report view.
4. Add recipients.
5. Click Save.

When you receive the broadcast, the report opens as a Table and not as a graph as you expected.

The report view is not saved as a Graph and the Broadcast format is not set as Web Browser Link.

For a report view to be broadcast as graph, you must save the report view as graph, and choose the format as web browser link when you create the broadcast.
