Error '500 Internal Server Error' is displayed when any application (BSP, WDA, tcode...) is opened from My Services or My Team Services and browser is refreshed (clicking F5 or using Refresh icon).
Another possible symptom is to get a dump with error 'Webdynpro application Dummy does not exist'.
