Document generation templates can be used to send workflow emails. Is this possible for EC & MDF Alerts as well?

- SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Cause
Alerts are intended to be a simple notification to make aware that there is an upcoming change in an employees data. It should not be used to generate a very specific message.
Resolution
Currently Document Generation templates are not supported for EC and MDF Alerts.
