Symptom

Certain operations on SAP HANA Database tenants are failing with the following error:

  • Backup operation:
[129]: transaction rolled back by an internal error: Error: feature 'backup' is disabled. (See M_CUSTOMIZABLE_FUNCTIONALITIES)
  • R-call:
[2620] executor: plan operation failed;exception 7100003: Error: feature 'RIntegration' is disabled. (See M_CUSTOMIZABLE_FUNCTIONALITIES)
