2666328 - Dashboard Tile Chart shows Data but Drill Down does not work

• A Dashboard report Tile shows chart data but the drill down is showing no result for certain users.
• The user has the correct target population for the 'Analytics Tile and Dashboard' and 'Run Report permissions' in RBP.

1. Go to the location of the tile and click on any data portion of the chart.

2. Drill Down information will open up showing column headings but no data is displayed.

User does not have permission to view data for one of the fields selected in the Drill Down.  This will happen especially for Standard Tiles wherein the field not permissioned is mainly used to query the data (e.g. Username field).

Check the RBP permissions of the user for each field used in the Drill Down.  E.g. If it shows Username, First Name, Last Name, then ensure that the user has access to view these, with the appropriate target population.  Please refer to 2391863 - Filter Panel - People Scope - Target Population explained for Dashboards - Ad Hoc and Detailed Reporting (Live Data)

For example, in one case, for the Development Objective Count Standard Tile, the user had no view permission to Username but has one for First Name, Last Name, etc.  The permission to Username still needs to be granted via the current role assigned or with another role.
