Unable to see download button on comp worksheets despite "disable download button" is unchecked.

Reproducing the Issue

Make sure the "disable download button" is unchecked under Plan Setup > Settings > Advanced Settings
- Launch worksheets and see that the download button is missing on top right corner of the screen
Cause
"Offline Form" checkbox is not enabled in provisioning
Resolution
Please raise a ticket with the SuccessFactors Support team to enable the "Offline Form" checkbox in provisioning.
Once enabled, please make sure the "disable download button" is unchecked and relaunch the forms.
