2666398 - Mass Create Forms Job Failed when mass creating 360 forms

When we use the "Launch Forms" tool to mass create 360 forms with a participant list and there are external users included in participant list, the following issue happened: Mass Create Forms Job Failed. And we found no form is created successfully.

SuccessFactors 360 Multi Rater

1. Go to Admin Center>Launch Forms to mass create 360 Multi-rater form.

2. Upload a participant list with external users included at the step of "select employees" .

3. The job failed. Job type is Mass Create Forms Job.

The error could happen when the participant we upload is not present in the Database. In other words, if in the participant list there are any inactive external user exisiting, the mass create form job will result in a failure.

For this issue, first please try uploading an internal participant user to verify if there is difference in behavior of the mass upload.

If you can mass create form successfully with an internal participant user, please then check in the previous participant list whether any external participant is inactive.

The Mass Create Form Job will fail if the uploaded file of additional participants contains any inactive users, so the best practice is to verify the participant list before uploading it and also use it with one-off mass creation, not with scheduled mass creation.

You can use "Manage Users" tool or "Employee Export" tool to check whether one external user is active or inactive.
