2666490 - SmartForm with several copies generates only one PDF

Symptom

A SmartFrom form with a „Copies Window” is used.
When the OTF data of this SmartForm form is handed over to CONVERT_OTF, it will generate a PDF file with one copy only, despite that more copies may be available (according to the OTF data).
The requirement is to retrieve the other copies, too (for example for an e-mail attachment).
