2666492 - RSWLCJOB terminated with CALL_FUNTION_NOT_REMOTE dump

Symptom

RSWLCJOB run terminating with the following dump, when using Remote Worklist functionality:

Runtime Errors CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_REMOTE

Function module "SWW_WI_CREATE" cannot be used for 'remote' calls.

What happened?

The current program had to be terminated because of an
error when installing the R/3 System.
It has been flagged as capable of being called remotely however.
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPLSWR_DEPRECATED_RUNTIME" had to be terminated
because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
