2666553 - 'No tax item exists for period in SII VAT Return Run

Symptom

You can see that the SII VAT Return Run has created a Tax Return, however you can also see the message 'No tax item exists for period DD.MM.YYYY to DD.MM.YYYY' displayed in the Results tab.
(DD.MM.YYYY represents a date)
