An employee records times on project task and releases them. You find that these times recordings are always sent to project manager for approval, not to the Person Responsible (Task Responsible)

All the time and expenses incurred on the project is always needed to be approved by the project manager, not by the person responsible.

Irrespective of the person responsible on the task level all the time recording will be sent to the project manager (who is responsible for the entire project)

Heance all the project time recording are always sent to project manager for approval.
