Reproducing the Issue
Type Add New Employee > system throws error with finger print Id: fingerprint=500cd93e307710534322fe13a637e80b731f1e7a
Cause
Corporate Data Model (CDM) xml is not configured and it is blank.
Resolution
Please make sure CDM has been upoladed with correct configuration. You can uploade CDM from provisioingin under company setting.
If you do not have provisioning access, contact your implementation partner or Cloud Product Support by creating case and provide your approval and xml data model.
