2666966 - Update button does not appear in Order Panel Window - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • Customer is not able to see 'Update' button in Order Panel Window.
  • Unable to update the order of panels in Order Panel.
  • Update Button is not appearing to save the order of Panel.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. log into Successfactors
  2. Onboarding 1.0 -> Settings
  3. Panels -> Order
  4. Update button is not visible

Cause

The Name of the Panel is longer that the order window which is pushing the button far right.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Onboarding
  2. Settings > Click Panels
  3. Find the affected Panel
  4. Select it > Click Edit 
  5. Reduce the name of the panel to fit it > Click Update

  6. Click Order to View Results
