2667011 - SAP RU-FI: OKEI code is not printed in J3RALFTTAXDECL transport tax declaration

Symptom

Transport tax declaration does not have value for "OKEI code". OKEI code is 3 digit code for unit of measure according to Russian classifier. This value should be present in the declaration.
