2667155 - Strategy Based Maintenance Plan scheduled in the past does not schedule correctly

Symptom

A Strategy Based Maintenance Plan is created with 2 Maintenance Items. Maintenance Item 1 contains a pre-existing Task List. Maintenance Item 2 contains a Task List created within the Maintenance Plan. When scheduling the Maintenance Plan via IP10 in the past, the selected Maintenance Package is not taken into account and the Plan does not schedule as expected
