You would receive an application error While Viewing User Job Information in People Profile or PP3.

The application error id would be accompanied by to fingerprint Id=a32f5cd2ca105897905454c57ebaea9984593b7f

• Go to any User with People Profile
• Scroll down to Job Information

Example Error:  (errorId=d0a8c2a9-533b-4808-809c-8e3606a62490, fingerprint=a32f5cd2ca105897905454c57ebaea9984593b7f, timestamp=2018-07-09T10:10:58.645+0000): while trying to invoke the method com.successfactors.genericobject.api.model.ObjectDefinition.getActiveFields() of a null object returned from com.successfactors.genericobject.api.model.AssociationDefinition.getDestObjectDef() java.lang.NullPointerException:

"MDF Object Definition to DB SYNC" job or SaveObjDefsToDB job needs to be run manually.

This issue can be solved by manually running the job "MDF Object Definition to DB SYNC" in provisioning:

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact SAP

Support.

1. Login to Provisioning
2. Navigate to "Manage Scheduled Jobs"
3. Create New Job
4. Select Job Type  "MDF Object Definition to DB SYNC"
5. Fill in all other necessarry fields
6. Run Once
7. Create Job
8. Once the job runs to success, login to the instance
