2667288 - Cannot log on to the UME because it is the UME communication user: AS JAVA startup issue


The SAP NetWeaver Application Server for JAVA startup fails due to the UME (User Management Engine) service ( not being initialized and the below error is logged in the trace files (default trace file, std_server<x> and dev_server<x>):
