For supervised and unsupervised programs, which send out invitations on a single date, the groups are a snapshot of the group members on the day the group is added to the program. Mentoring program will still be active and as if there were no changes in the roster, unless the Program has been ended manually.

For open enrollment programs, the dynamically-changing population of group members is applied. On any given day, a user who is a member of an assigned group will be able to see and sign up for the open enrollment program.
