Mentor or Mentee has an active mentoring program when their access has become inactive.

1. What happens when a mentor has been matched with a mentee and then leaves the company? What does it look like for the mentee?
2. What happens when a mentee has been matched with a mentor and then leaves the instance? What does it look like for the mentor?

Create Mentoring Program> Match Mentors and Mentees> Make Mentor or mentee Inactive> Check Mentoring Program

1. When a mentor has been matched with a mentee and then leaves the company, the mentor will have "(inactive)" tag in the mentoring program view of the Mentee. Mentee can still change “Your Mentoring Preferences”. The activities with the Inactive mentor are still available for viewing but no option to Add or Edit. If the mentoring program have “Allow participants to end mentoring relationships” enabled, the mentee can “end” the mentoring program.

2. When a mentee has been matched with a mentor and then leaves the company, the mentor will be able to view the mentoring program with the inactive Mentee. It will be visible that the mentee is “inactive”. Mentor will have the option to end the mentoring program. Mentor can change Mentoring Preferences. The activities with the Inactive mentee are listed but not available for viewing.
