2667600 - Exporting iFlow from Cloud Integration encounters error "Packages can't be exported as artifacts are in draft state"

Symptom

Integration flows have been configured on Cloud Integration (former: CPI), and the version state is "draft". When clicking on "Export" button, the error message "Packages can't be exported as artifacts are in draft state" is thrown.
