Symptom
This article attempts to deliver clear details about the 'All Ratings information' column under the Employee Profile domain.
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
Environment
All HCM Success Factors version.
Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to Admin Centre
- Select Report Centre/ Report Table
- Choose Employee profile domain
Resolution
Unlike Latest and Historical rating sections, the All Ratings information is focused on the Source of Ratings. There you can select the Rating Source (Live profile / Scorecard / Form or Calibration), Rating Name and Description if provided on the form or calibration session. Sequence ID allows you to order entries (from oldest to newest Ratings).
This section only pulls the source that has a rating, the 'unrated' rating is not included.
Please note that the 'All Ratings Information' column does not respect RBP permissions, even when the Employee Profile domain field- and cell-level permission settings are configured in Provisioning. If you use the 'All Ratings Information' in this scenario, if you have access to any of the employee's data, you will be able to see their rating information if you use fields from the 'All Ratings Information' column in your Employee Profile report.
To avoid this, please use the rating-specific report columns (e.g. Performance, Potential, etc.) and do not use the 'All Ratings Information' column in the report. The rating-specific report columns will respect RBP permissions when the settings are turned on in Provisioning.
