2667969 - Add Annotation to a PDF/A file is not allowed

Symptom

  • FP_PDF_TEST_17 report is executed to set comments to a PDF/A file.

  • On ADS release higher than 731, the following error occurs,
    "SYSTEM ERROR: ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: Operations :  SetAnnotations are not allowed on PDFA Input(201.501).";

  • On ADS 731 or lower, no exception is returned. However, the returned PDF is not a valid PDF/A file anymore.
