2668070 - Error "Internal error: An unknown exception has occurred. (FWB 00090)" happens when install BI in Linux with SQL Anywhere

Symptom

  • Error "Database access error. Reason Loading shared object failed. First tried to load library sybcs_r64 and failed because of error: [sybcs_r64: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory]. Second tried to load library libsybcs_r64.so and failed because of error: [libsybcs_r64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory]. (FWB 00090)" occurs when trying to install BI 4.x with existing SQL Anywhere database.
