Symptom
Administrators are unable to see the Instructor details under the Learning History Details for Users completed items.
Environment
SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions
Reproducing the Issue

Access the LMS Administration page
- Access a User record
- Under User record choose 'Items Completed' under Related
- For a completed item click 'View Details' and not the Instructor record is not available to view.
Resolution
The 'Related Instructor' record needs to be added to the User record under Record Configuration.

Access the LMS Administration page
- Navigate to System Admin -> Configuration -> Record Configuration -> User
- Under Basic Configuration, add the 'Related Instructor' to the Display list. Then Save.
After updating this setting the Instructor details will appear.
