Symptom

  • Customer has created a new transaction variant using transaction SHD0. When entering a sales document they cannot see this transaction variant.
  • Customer has specified fields in a standard transaction to be supressed, but these are still available for input.
  • Transaction variant was assigned to a group of users, but only standard transaction called.
