2668329 - Event Reason - Picklist for payroll-event field returns the error "Payroll Event is too long (exceeds the maximum of 4 characters)"

You are importing your corporate data model enabling the field payroll-event in event reason with the custom picklist created by you.

You have noticed that even if the picklist external code is not greater than 4

When you create a new value for Payroll Event you will not be able due to the error "Payroll Event is too long (exceeds the maximum of 4 characters)"
