2668354 - Please Select Only One Visit For Completion

The error message Please select only one Visit for completion. Save failed is triggered when you select multiple Visits and select the action Set as Complete.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Visits work center.
2. Go to the Visits OWL.
3. Select multiple Visit ID's with the status In Process.
4. Select the Actions wheel and select Set as Complete.
5. The error message Please select only one Visit for completion. Save Failed is triggered.

Cloud for Customer currently does not support mass update of status in the Visit OWL.

Please refer to the Request ID 133131 on the Customer Influence site: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/133131 where development explain that we don't currently support the mass update of Visits, due to the complexity of logic tied to Visit status changes tied to one-time worklist items, etc. If this is needed, this can be done using ODATA workbench to mass update objects as needed.
