Symptom

  • Cannot save Action Parameters in "Define Rule Policy Types".
  • Cannot create a new entry for Action ID UPDMSH and Rule Policy Type ID LOYMGMT.
  • Error message shows "Customization IDs must start with Z* or Y* only; invalid ID MEMBERSHIP_GUID".
