Symptom

Service documents get unexpected status in S/4HANA for Customer Management.

  • "Dist"  To be distributed
  • "EErD"  Distribution incorrect
  • "UGVB" Distribution lock

These status are used in SAP CRM middleware to control data distribution. However S/4HANA for Customer Management (S4CRM) is a simplified version of SAP CRM embedded into S/4HANA. Hence no middleware is required to replicate data between S/4HANA and S4CRM.
