Reproducing the Issue
Go to Employee Profile or People Profile to see the Take Action/ Actions menu:
Resolution
It is not currently possible to remove the Take Action options menu. This is true for all profile sections such as Scorecard, Job Profile, Personal Information, etc. This is expected behavior.
