• Is it possible to use a Recruiting Management - Employee Central Manage 'Pending Hires workflow' to hire candidates when Onboarding is enabled?
• If so, what are the pre-requisites/requirements for using this workflow and how can this integration be configured?

Yes, it is possible to use an RCM-EC Manage Pending Hires workflow when OBD is enabled.

To do so, you will need to:

1. Navigate to Admin Centre > Setup Onboarding Integration.
2. Select the option "Apply Onboarding to Job Requisitions that meet the following criteria:"

• Any candidates on a Job Requisition which does meet the specified criteria will be sent to OBD and then EC.
• Any candidates on a Job Requisition which does not meet the specified criteria will be sent straight to EC.

2361603 - Candidate is placed in the "Ready to Hire", the status does not appear under "Manage Pending Hires"
