2669081 - CREATE ANY FUNCTION permission is missing after SUM upgrade - SAP ASE for Business Suite

CDS views and related objects, functions are missing during/after a SUM upgrade on SAP systems running on SAP ASE database.

Object rebuild via saphostctrl fails as shown below:
