When providing an encrypted password to connect to SAP IQ using isql, the following error is returned:
Msg 4002, Level 14, State 0:
SQL Anywhere Error -103: Invalid user ID or password
The setting of CS_SEC_ENCRYPTION = CS_TRUE in the OCS.CFG file makes no difference.
