2669184 - ProductActivityNotification_Out is not sent from SNC to the supplier back-end system automatically

Symptom

You as a customer have already selected the "Send ProductActivityNotification" checkbox in SPRO customizing "Assign Settings for Replenishment Planning and SNI" in SNC for SMI scenario. However, you notice that only ProductActivityNotification_In received from customer's ERP system to SNC system, but there is no ProductActivityNotification_Out sent out to supplier's ERP system immediately. Additionally, report /SCA/PRODACT_OUT can trigger the outbound message manually.
