2669452 - Attachments in app Verify General Journal Entry for Processor (Inbox)

Symptom

Attachments and or Notes created in app Verify General Journal Entries For Requester (App ID F2547) are not displayed in app Verify General Journal Entries For Processor (Inbox) (App ID F2728)

Cause

The attachments in the two apps have different purpose.

1. There is attachment created via 'Verify General Journal Entry for Request' which you could upload file for the document itself.

2. There is attachment where you could upload file in 'My Inbox' as proof for rejection or approval.

Resolution

System works as designed.

In App Verify General Journal Entry for Processor (Inbox), In case you need to check the document itself, you could click the document number link and go to details. There you could find the complete information with attachment.
