Symptom

  • EWA is grey/not performed due to missing download data
  • No SAP EarlyWatch Alert scheduled in SDCCN of managed system
  • Refresh Sessions task in SDCCN is failing
  • Sessions cannot be refreshed from destination SM_<SID>CLNT<>_BACK( <SID> , <installation number> ),  Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT', communication rc: CM_PRODUCT_SPE, error reading function module interface DSWP_API_SESSIONLIST_GET from SM_<SID>CLNT<>_BACK, Automatically set the login language of RFC SM_<SID>CLNT<>_BACK to EN, Login language of RFC SM_<SID>CLNT<>_BACK is empty
