2669485 - No Dashboard Connections When All Axis Values Are Selected

You set up a dashboard with connections (interactions between the different report charts). You have 2 options to select a value; either by clicking on the value in the chart, or by clicking on the whole column in the x or y axis of the report chart. When you mark the whole column, you notice that the dashboard interaction does not work.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, RUI / Fiori

1. Go to the work center Analysis, view Dashboards.
2. Select the respective dashboard.
3. In a report chart which is the source of a connection, mark the whole column by clicking onto the description of the x or y axis.

The target of this dashboard connection does not change.

Clicking on x/y axis to select multiple values and triggering an interaction is not supported.

Instead of clicking on the axis, you can use the area select: click and drag the mouse over all the values (e.g. one column). All values that you marked like this will be selected and the dashboard connection is triggered.
