2669648 - How to Enable Digital Signature for Utilities

When working in the Utilities work center the option Sign and Add Signatures is not visible under the Action button.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Utilities work center.
2. The option Sign and Add Signatures is not visible.

The below questions are not active in the Business Configuration scope:

• Do you want to capture and attach a graphical signature of the payer for the payment?
• Do you want to capture and attach a graphical signature of the recipient of the payment?
• Do you want make graphical signature capture mandatory?

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Project View.
3. Click on First Implementation.
4. Click on Edit project Scope.
5. Click on next and go to Questions.
6. Expand Utilities.
7. Expand Payment.
8. Mark the the desired questions from below

• Do you want to capture and attach a graphical signature of the payer for the payment?
• Do you want to capture and attach a graphical signature of the recipient of the payment?
• Do you want make graphical signature capture mandatory?
