Running the Configuration Check Tool brings up issues, even if the fields in the Check Item list are permissioned.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Create a Form with Competency/Goal sections where rating is possible

As an example, the Template "PMUF_Test" has 4 sections, each with one of the rating options:

2. Go to Admin Center > Search for Check Tool in Tool Search

3. Under Application choose Performance Management then choose the only available Check "Get form template rating permissions" > Run the check tool:

4. Choose the template you want to check:

5. The Check Tool found 3 issues:

6. Results will be displayed like this:

• The Check Tool will show the important fields for the Rating Option under "Check Item".
• Under "Check Message" you get an explanation of what the rating option means and which rating fields are important and need to be permissioned

This is expected behavior. The Check Tool gives general information about the Rating Options chosen in the Form Template and which fields are important that need to be carefully permissioned for the Rating Option to work as expected
