Can I restrict access to a competency library when creating a requisition with Job Profile Builder?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
It is not possible to restrict access to a competency library.
Resolution
It is currently not possible to restrict access to a competency library to only certain libraries for certain users. Recruiting users will be able to see all competency libraries set up in the instance.
An enhancement request has already been submitted to improve the competency library by allowing to restrict access to it. If you would like to see this feature available in future releases please vote for this enhancement as per the referenced KBA, the enhancement ticket number is 202363.
