Symptom

In the following scenarios service SmartMeterMeterReadingDocumentERPBulkCreateRequest_Out contains these Meter Reading Reasons in field MeterReadingReasonCode:

  1. EG31 device Installation
    > XML with meter reading reason 08 is triggered

  2. EG30 Device Replacement
    > XML with meter reading reason 21 is triggered (new device)
    > XML with meter reading reason 22 is triggered (old device)

  3. EG32 Device Removal
    > XML with meter reading reason 12 is triggered 

Meter reading reason 21 for full device Installation (EG31) and meter reading reason 22 for device removal is expected.
